Rigsby built the salon in 1984 with the belief that training and mentorship is fundamental to having a thriving, successful business with a dedicated artistic team. The Salon’s educational system and advanced training seminars have helped promote and empower young hairdressers to explore and expand their skillsets.
Rigsby also enjoys great success in the art and design world, as an award-winning sculptor, furniture and lighting designer, photographer, and landscape artist.
